I really enjoy Max’s devotional in the morning withy cup of coffee, it givese a positive start to my busy day!
Muchas gracias por “el reto” y los materiales para llevarlo a cabo.
I printed 2 copies form the children’s devotional today for the kids(12) and (14) to read. January 3rd-which talks about worries. My 12 year old was stressing about a test in school today. I have been studying with her, but as a teacher I know she learns “her way.” She read it and did not have a comment. I told her to read it again before her test today. My 14 year old’s response was, “worrying is part of life”. I told her yes we need to worry about things like safety, but not about things we have prepared for. I asked her what does it say about your worries? She said, “Put it in a box.” Ok now what? I told her to take it and read it again and she left it in the car. And so… life with teenagers….
What ages is this book geared for? Just wondering??
I love the devotionals from Max and Proverbs 31 ministries. They help center me on God and help me focus on him in the midst of the crazy world we live in.
Debbie
I love Max Lucado! But I can’t get the downloads to work.
Can you email me a link or something? When I click on the covers above nothing happens.

Hi Debbie – the target age for this book is 6-10.
I read Max’s devotion and listen to Oak Hills Church via vimeo daily. Cannot get enough of Max or his church family. Thanks for keeping me going all the way in Virginia! ;0)
Really been enjoying the series on Grace, Thank you so much Max for sharing with us God’s desires for his children
Max is one of the few televangelists I can watch. Most of the others wave their arms all over the place, shouting at the top of their voices, and some seem to be saying how great they are. Max sits (or stands) gives his message without the arm waving, and often doesn’t mind making jokes against himself about his past. As I say, one of the few I can actually watch and listen to.
I am from a small country called Bangladesh and was always searching beyond theology in the word of God. When I was first given a book of Max to read, I could not stop reading and could not stop contemplating on the words. Since then till now, finished few of his books and could not wait to read his emails of seeing the same word in higher vision. My whole perspective of life changed and as I do teach and train, this is a whole new beginning for me and my life and my family. May God grace and give wisdom him more for the sake of the world.
I love love Max Lucado, there’s so many gifted writers out there and Max Lucado ranks on top of the list, he makes words dance off the pages, its such a mixture of clarity, simplicity, purity, magical things coming together – and if there was ever a ballet with words Max Lucado knows how to get them to dance with perfection…..spirit-filled – it makes my heart just soar…..reading his devotionals….To God Be The Glory < <3
We NEED a good continuous thing for bedtime. Trying to pick a story, alternating which kid gets to pick (I forget from one night to the next)…. this would be wonderful!!!!
I have just made a copy of the Kids Grace devotional for my daughter and her 3 boys, ages 7, 9 & 11. I was “blown away” by the power of those words.
The Adult Grace for the moment says “Volume 1″ …
* How many days are in Vol 1
* How many volumes will there be for the whole 365 days?
Thank you. I hope you can respond. I’m ready to buy!!!!!!
Hi Jean!! So glad you like it!! Volume 1 has 365 devotionals in it, and then there is a Volume 2 with 365 more! As far as the kids devotional, we only have Volume 1 at this point, which corresponds to the devotionals in the Adult volume 1, so you and your kids are reading the same topics each day! Hope this helps
Thank you for offering these free devotionals….
